[gn_frame align=”left”][/gn_frame]Erika Lloyd received her Bachelors of Voice Performance Early Music from Indiana University, where she was a member and soloist of the renowned choral ensemble Pro Arte, and currently works in NYC as a choral singer, teacher, and rock singer/songwriter. Lloyd is most widely known as the lead songstress for the experimental pop band, Little Grey Girlfriend. Her work in cross-genre performance and composition led to the Grammy Award-winning choral ensemble Chanticleer performing an arrangement of Erika’s Little Grey Girlfriend song, “Cells Planets” on its 2010-2011 Out of This World Concert Tour and their subsequent recordings, ‘Out of This World’ album, and ‘By Request.’ She is performing in her sixth season with the stylistically diverse chamber choral ensemble Choral Chameleon, and is the soloist and section leader at Union Church of Bay Ridge. Lloyd is also well known for her Soprano role in The Good Pennyworths, a Renaissance vocal quartet with lute, having toured nationally with the group from 2007-2011. She currently teaches for The Piano School of New York and her own voice studio.
