COVID-19 Safety Policy
for 2022-2023 Season
POLICY FOR SINGERS:
Masking will be optional for all singers and staff going forward.
Please note that our policy is no longer indexed to the CDC community levels.
Vaccination for all is required.
All participants will be asked to sign our annual participation waiver.
The board has chosen to carry this policy for the season.
The board of Ars Musica Chorale reserves the right to revise this policy as the circumstances warrant.
POLICY FOR AUDIENCE:
We are very happy that you will be joining the Ars Musica Chorale for the 2022-2023 season of glorious music which we are excited to share with you.
Please note that we have revised our policy for attendance at all our concerts and events:
Ticket holders will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination in order to attend a performance or event.
Concertgoers will still be welcomed to wear masks if they so choose.
We do, however, respectfully request that if you have received a positive test for COVID-19 or have any onset symptoms within five days of the concert or event, that you refrain from attending the concert or event. A refund or ticket exchange will be made by writing to info@arsmusica.org.
Because there is always an inherent possibility of exposure to infectious diseases. it is incumbent that our audience members assume responsibility for all possible risks.
Ars Musica will continue to monitor all federal, state, and local public health guidelines and if needed, will make any necessary changes to our policy for the safety and well-being of our audience.
Please Note: At any given point during the season, the board of Ars Musica Chorale reserves the right to revise this policy as the circumstances warrant. We will also contact ticket holders to confirm these policies, and provide additional details of any changes, by email prior to the concert.
